That looks like a very well-loved poodle :) My Mother's maiden name was Sullivan, and she grew up in an Irish neighborhood in Detroit, so we always celebrated St. Patrick's Day. She made corned beef with boiled cabbage, carrots and potatoes every year. I still hate boiled cabbage.

I love corned beef, but not the biggest fan of cabbage either.
